Role Summary
- Lead product discovery and backlog definition for a complex, data-driven platform with deep configuration layers and meta-processing logic.
- Partner with Engineering and QA teams to drive end-to-end delivery.
- Collaborate with local and global teams and working in Agile methodology.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert business goals into well-structured Epics, Features, and granular User Stories with clear acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements.
- Own backlog grooming, prioritization, and release scope; facilitate sprint planning and product demos.
- Work closely with Client manager, Dev and QA team to ensure smooth delivery.
- Define measurement plans (KPIs) and partner on pilot feature success criteria Sprint on Sprint.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Senior-level BA/PO experience in Fintech Product development and data-intensive products.
- Expert in story writing and requirements structure; comfortable with deep configuration concepts.
- Hands-on with backlog tools (ADO/Jira), API/contract thinking, and SQL fundamentals (MySQL).
- Strong stakeholder facilitation, crisp documentation and scope control.

- Prior work on historical data migration/scale issues.
